Our Qs + As series features current, past and quite possibly, future clients.  We’ll be digging a little deeper to learn about their passions, inspirations, and brunch orders.

Nick Reader is a co-founder of PDQ – short for “People Dedicated to Quality” – a fast casual, high-touch, high-integrity restaurant chain focused on fresh food, fast.  Prior to founding PDQ, Nick was CFO of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for six years. Seeking something entrepreneurial, he teamed up with Bloomin’ Brands’ Bob Basham, and has since helped grow the chain one restaurant at a time. Now, with over 55 locations!
