In this role, you’ll demonstrate your exceptional abilities to manage multiple projects while utilizing analytics and social listening to grow our client’s social media presence. You will create and manage content calendars including editing creative assets and copywriting while developing partnerships and engaging online influencers within various verticals.

What You Enjoy Doing:

  • Managing the technical upkeep and actively growing the social media presence of all of our clients

  • Administering the creation of all monthly reports while providing insight on key metrics

  • Controlling and continually expanding a database of qualified digital influencers; conceiving influencer campaigns and compelling events; managing invitations and tracking of post-event posts.

  • Participating in content gathering session clients in-house and at off-site events/shoots; shooting images, video and art directing

  • Conducting social listening and proactive engagement with followers throughout the day and after-hours as required

  • Consistently learning and sharing knowledge on digital trends with clients, teams and peers

  • Collaborating with the Digital Director and Senior Management with social media ideation, perspective for proposals while offering creative content ideas, applicable research, competitive analysis and influencer recommendations

  • Receiving direction from Account Teams, work within the Digital Media Team

  • Supporting scheduling client and internal meetings/calls including developing agendas, recaps, and scheduling.

And Your Amazing Accomplishments/Abilities Include:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Community Manager (agency experience a plus)

  • Demonstrated prowess with Instagram, Facebook and Twitter; experience with content management platforms and metric reporting platforms required

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area of study

  • Demonstrated knowledge of photography, photoshop or equivalent design programs

  • Extensive rolodex of social media influencer contacts

  • Video production experience a plus
