In this entry-level role, you will be the organizational heartbeat of an account team while also sometimes serving as a client’s liaison and developing your PR skills.
What You’ll Enjoy Doing:
Researching and developing press lists in Cision & established internal lists
Assisting with client events including; logistics, production, vendor relations.
Developing media skills specific to client’s business.
Coordinating media including; interview requests, photo session orchestration, media reservations, mailers and media query send outs.
Assembling information for seasonal, ingredient, holiday, etc. round up pitches; Assist with companywide releases.
Managing press clips including; compiling, distributing client press alerts/end of day recaps, client appearances, and weekly and monthly status reporting.
Scheduling of team clients calls/meetings and distributing follow-up reporting.
Maintaining client press kits/assets reaching out to clients and requesting most recent menus, new photography, etc...
Managing set up for new clients including providing the art department and social media department with client’s website/photo assets, social handles, etc.
Supporting companywide requests, including contacting clients for information and researching client folders for relevant information.
Attending lunch & dinners at clients and with journalists (accompanied by supervisor) – may involve follow up and select pitching to journalists as a result.
Managing the client program timelines with team
Performing other administrative duties as necessary.

And Your Amazing Accomplishments Include:
Established success in the spirits or CPG world with at least six (6) years in integrated marketing, media relations, influencer relations, event/program ideation and execution, and client management
Experience leading campaigns for international spirits, beer or CPG companies is required
Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated capacity to lead a team of more than four (4) employees, while also collaborating across multiple agencies to deliver best-in-class results
Continual ability to also execute details while thinking and acting strategically, exhibiting accountability, a commitment to excellence and strong decision-making skills
Established national media contacts, industry contacts and ability to breakthrough to new potential partners
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a member of a diverse team while demonstrating exceptional communication skills including verbal and non-verbal skills; proven track record of supporting and mentoring junior staff

In this role, you’ll demonstrate your exceptional abilities to manage multiple projects while utilizing analytics and social listening to grow our client’s social media presence. You will create and manage content calendars including editing creative assets and copywriting while developing partnerships and engaging online influencers within various verticals.

Bullfrog + Baum is currently seeking an Office Manager to work in our PR and marketing agency in Chelsea. The Office Manager will also function as an assistant to the firm's President.
We are looking for a person that is able to take on a great deal of responsibility and take a proactive role in our office to help ensure that it functions as efficiently as possible.
Flexibility, the ability to multi-task and excellent organizational and communication skills are a must. Most important is a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to:
Answering the telephone and fielding calls appropriately
Greeting visitors and clients
Managing and maintaining office space and equipment (printers, computers, etc)
Maintaining inventory; working with vendors, and ordering office supplies
Serving as liaison with property manager on all necessary repairs and general office maintenance
Set up and break down of in-office meetings including new business, client, internal.
Coordinating and Implementing internal meetings and in-office events
Daily mail distribution, and scheduling package pick up and delivery
Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable and expenses reimbursement processes
Creating and implementing systems for office management
General assistance to the entire staff
