We are looking for a dedicated part-time Administrative Assistant that would collaborate with our staff of over 20. Ideal candidates for consideration should be organized, detail-oriented, punctual, trustworthy, and computer savvy. A professional and pleasant demeanor is required as well.
- Supporting account teams with reports, organization of files, call recaps, research, data entry, general admin duties including scheduling and confirming meetings and providing follow up when necessary.
Required Knowledge + Experience
- Office suite of software – excel, word, power point; in addition, knowledge of google docs
We offer an hourly rate and the position will be available on March 1st 2017.
